Dinner Last Night: Pan-fried Red Snapper with Preserved Lemon Aioli over braised baby kale with bacon and a Wild Rice Risotto with Wild Mushrooms.
Steak Dinner from Monday Night: NY Strip with Chicago steak sauce, sauteed mushrooms and smashed & loaded red bliss potatoes.
Ice Cream Sandwiches: I made these for dessert the other night. There are two kinds - a sugar cookie one with strawberry ice cream and the other is “Caramel Kone” ice cream with dutch cocoa cookies.

I’m off to bang crabs today at Capt’ Billy’s located on the Potomac River just off the Chesapeake Bay. My family has been going to this place since the 1970’s - we think their’s are the best steamed crabs anywhere. If you haven’t been yet, treat yourself before the summer is over.
I’m making this on Saturday! Wish me luck - it sounds incredible.
